Workshops & Class Suggestions

ALL PRENATAL CLASSES AND RECORDINGS ARE AVAILABLE ONLINE TO PURCHASE AND WORKSHOPS FOR 2022 WILL BE IN PERSON.

Supplies needed: Yoga mat, comfortable workout pants, shirt, and hoodie. Props for In-person classes will be cleaned at the end of every day, cleaning supplies will be available for those participants wanting to spray down props before or after use.  If you do not have props, you are encouraged to bring them to class or follow the suggested list provided for virtual participants.   If you are attending a virtual class or wish to use your own supplies, here are some suggestions: pillows, blankets (Mexican are the best), books, blocks, footstools, exercise ball, straps, rolled towels, etc.

Pregnancy, Delivery and Postpartum Pelvic Floor and CORE Workshop

Stay fit during pregnancy while preparing for the changes that occur in the body during each trimester. This 3 hour session is open to both expectant mom’s and their partners at any stage of pregnancy. Leona will teach you how to stay fit, maintain an active pelvic floor, increase your endurance for the delivery, address aches and pains commonly felt during pregnancy, go through delivery positions helpful for preventing pelvic floor dysfunction and address proper care of the pelvic floor after the delivery.
