Workshops & Class Suggestions
WE ARE PLANNNING TO HAVE ALL FALL PELVIC FLOOR CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS FOR 2021 BE IN PERSON WITH VIRTUAL OPTIONS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
If you would like to claim the class under your physiotherapy benefits, then a physiotherapy assessment must be completed before you attend your first class. Click here to book for your assessment.

If the maximum registration is not met for virtual and for in-person registration, then all classes are open to drop-in registration.
Supplies needed: Yoga mat, comfortable workout pants, shirt, and hoodie. Props for In-person classes will be cleaned at the end of every day, cleaning supplies will be available for those participants wanting to spray down props before or after use. If you do not have props, you are encouraged to bring them to class or follow the suggested list provided for virtual participants. If you are attending a virtual class or wish to use your own supplies, here are some suggestions: pillows, blankets (Mexican are the best), books, blocks, footstools, exercise ball, straps, rolled towels, etc.
Pelvic Floor Yoga Therapy Group Class
Level 1 – Open to Everyone
Level 2 – Must take Level 1 first
Level 3 – Must take Level 2 first
Class Duration: 60 minutes
Class Frequency and Length: 1x/week for 6 weeks
Ever wonder how you can work out your pelvic floor and CORE while doing Yoga? During these 6 weeks of classes, you will learn the anatomy of the CORE, two types of breath to use during yoga, and how to implement these breaths into your pelvic floor contraction during strength and restorative poses used in Yoga.
NOTE: A minimum of 6 participants are required to run a class virtually or in person.

Strength and Balance Pelvic Floor Yoga Therapy Group Class

If you have a good base strength and you have practiced yoga regularly for 2 or more years, this class is for you. During this class you will be introduced to how your breath and pelvic floor can work together to maximize your CORE while performing a strength and balance yoga pose.
